Zumba

The Zumba® program is a fitness-party with a contagious blend of Latin and international rhythms that provides a fun and effective workout to a global community.  Pretty much the most awesome workout ever!   Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.

Full body toning

Full body toning is a program that involves a series of different exercises that will target all major muscle groups. This class will help you to build and define your muscles while strengthening your core and improving balance.  During this 50 min class you will sweat, burn and melt fat and calories away!.

Yoga

This is a mat based class. It focuses on developing core strength, stabilizing lower back, improving balance, flexibility and over all strength. This class will also focus on inner awareness and breathing.  Suitable for any level of fitness.
